• Sponsorship and revenue generation features

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

Win offers different account types with varying features and responsibilities:

• Athlete Accounts: For individual players
• Team Manager Accounts: For managing teams and rosters
• League Organizer Accounts: For creating and managing leagues
• Tournament Host Accounts: For organizing tournaments

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Platform Fees

Win charges fees for certain services according to our current pricing structure:

• Free tier for basic features
• Subscription fees for premium features
• Transaction fees on payments processed through the platform
• Percentage-based fees on certain revenue streams

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By using our payment features, you also agree to the terms of our payment processor.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary based on the type of payment:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Team/league registration fees may be refundable according to organizer policies
• Tournament entry fees subject to tournament-specific refund policies

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Win. However, by posting content, you grant Win a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Engage in unsportsmanlike conduct
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

6. Termination

Win reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Win's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Win in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.2 Changes to Terms

Win reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
